Over the last few months we’ve been deliberately upgrading the backbone of our workshop.

We’ve replaced a our old John Heine guillotine with a modern high-capacity CNC machine taking our capacity from 4mm mild steel to 8mm , and stepped up our material handling from an older 4t forklift to a 7t Komatsu.

These upgrades aren’t about new equipment for the sake of it. They’re about accuracy, safety, and handling heavier work properly whether that’s trailers, structural repairs, or earthmoving equipment.

As the scale and complexity of the work we support increases, investing in the right capability means jobs are done correctly, consistently, and without compromise.

It’s part of building a workshop that’s set up for serious work, long term.

Definitely needed to retire the old girl forklift. Good work.

Buckets don’t fail all at once.
They wear, crack, and lose performance long before they’re written off.

For heavy earthmoving gear, repairs aren’t about making something look good, they’re about restoring strength, geometry, and service life so machines can stay productive.

We’re currently rebuilding a bucket that’s seen serious work, focusing on structure, wear areas, and longevity. Not shortcuts.

This is the kind of work that keeps gear earning instead of becoming a replacement decision too early.

If you’re running earthmoving or civil equipment and need repairs done properly, this is the level we work at.

We hope everyone got back In January to a smooth start, we find that start of the year is when a lot of fleets find out what really made it through last year and what didn’t.

Small issues that were managed week-to-week often turn into bigger problems once work ramps back up.

Repairs and maintenance aren’t about patching things up. They’re about reducing downtime, improving safety, and keeping trailers earning when the pressure is back on.

We work with civil, haulage, and ag businesses to handle heavy trailer repairs and maintenance properly so equipment goes back to work ready, not just “good enough”.

If you’re reviewing your fleet after the break, now’s the right time to get on top of it.
